KING OF AEO / THE LEARNING LIBRARY
Terms of Use | King of AEO
These terms apply to the King of AEO educational library at thekingofaeo.com. “King of AEO”, “we” and “our” refer to the organisation publishing this project under the King of AEO brand. Please use the website in accordance with these terms.
Purpose of the library
The website provides educational articles about answer engine optimisation, search, content and related technical practices. It is an AEO learning library by Vithurs and part of the King of AEO public experiment. The title “King of AEO” is the project's brand positioning for Vithurs; it is not a professional licence or independent standards certification.
Using the guidance
Consider the context, limitations and sources accompanying each article before applying its recommendations. Product features and documentation can change. Technical examples illustrate a stated use case and should be adapted and tested for your own environment. The content is general educational information and does not create a consulting, legal, financial or other professional advisory relationship.
No promised search outcome
Google and other search and answer platforms independently decide what they index, rank, cite and display. We do not promise a particular ranking, citation, traffic level, generated answer or business result from using this website or its recommendations.
Content and permitted use
You may read the library, link to its public pages and quote reasonable short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the relevant article, subject to applicable law. Unless a different licence is expressly stated, rights in the original website content and design are reserved by King of AEO or the relevant rights holder. These terms do not remove any statutory right to quote or otherwise use material. Substantial republication or redistribution requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
Third-party sources
External links support verification and further reading. Third-party websites, trademarks, papers and products remain the responsibility of their respective owners. A citation does not mean that an organisation endorses King of AEO, Vithurs or every recommendation in an article. External services have their own terms and privacy policies.
Responsible access
Do not disrupt the website, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code or misuse its content to impersonate another person. Respect applicable crawler instructions and avoid automated requests that impair service for other readers. Do not represent this project as an independent qualification or invent an endorsement based on its branding.
Corrections and availability
We aim to keep articles useful and accurate and may correct, consolidate or remove material as the subject develops. Availability may be interrupted by maintenance, provider failures or circumstances outside our control. To report an error, identify the article, relevant passage and supporting evidence through the contact page. Our editorial policy explains the approach to sources and revisions.
Responsibility and legal rights
You are responsible for evaluating changes made to your own website or business. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, limits mandatory consumer rights or excuses fraudulent statements. The law applicable to your use and any dispute depends on the circumstances and any mandatory legal protections.
Updates and enquiries
The revision date above identifies the current terms. Material changes apply from their publication and do not retrospectively remove rights you already hold. For enquiries about these terms, use the contact page.
